I am a self taught artist living on the outskirts of Leeds and currently working as a Visual Merchandiser but my true passion is drawing. I have always loved drawing and have done so from a very young age just like many other artists but I also love travel and ancient art and architecture, this is where I find my inspiration.
Last year I completed a Diploma course in Drawing and Painting with London Art College and passed with Distinction, other than that I have had no formal training just lots of practise and making time to draw every day.
Colour pencil works wonderfully for the objects and scenes I like to draw, capturing the beauty of the civilizations that once ruled and I would hope that my work will inspire others like the ancient works of art inspire me.
